To become authorized to distribute the Java Runtime Environment on your Windows PCs, you must agree to and execute the Java Runtime Environment Binary Code License and Support Agreement as part of this registration process. This program offers free, web-based technical support, and is suited to PC OEMs and distributors who require minimal technical and business support and who are interested in distributing the "standard image" of the Java Runtime Environment software distribution.
