Below are the support options that are currently available. For a prompt response, we would recommend choosing these options.

 

If you have a maintenance contract with Enterprise Services, you can report a bug through 1-800-USA-4SUN at no additional charge. Chosing this option allows for a faster response.

 

  1. Developer Technical Support (DTS) is solely intended for software application developers working at the source code level of their own applications. It provides a variety of software technical support offerings designed to meet the specific needs of software developers worldwide (i.e. individual or in-house developers, OEMs, etc.)
  2. Expert support for all products is available on per-incident, multi-incident and personalized basis.
